Swedish massage is often known as the most relaxing form of massage, using long strokes and petrissage to bring circulation and movement to tissue. This modality is extremely therapeutic for bringing you into deep relaxation.
DEEP TISSUE
Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the tense areas.
neuromuscular
NMT is a powerful massage technique using manual therapy to manipulate soft tissues and muscle to treat pain and dysfunction.
reflexology
Reflexology provides relief by working on certain pressure points in hands and feet, causing reaction and promoting healing in nerves traveling to specific body parts. Helps with pain and stress relief, headaches, sinus problems, stomach issues, etc.
sports recovery
Sports recovery uses techniques to help athletes recover after strenuous sports and to keep them in top form without stressing out the tissue.
prenatal
Prenatal care works with your body and pregnancy to provide relief for common pregnancy symptoms like low back pain, headaches, sciatica issues, and anxiety. Prep your body for a healthy labor, delivery, and post-partum.
Myofascial release
MFR works with the releasing and improving function in the fascia in the body. “Myo” means muscle and “fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your body. Let’s talk together to see if MFR is for you!
Lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic massage is primarily light work done to drain lymph to lymph beds where the body can detoxify. It is commonly used for swelling and people with stagnant immune systems. It has also been known to relieve stress!

Book your massage
First, choose what massage type you want to be a primary part of your massage.
Then, select the length of your desired massage (30, 60, or 90 minutes) and select “book.”
Secure a date and time and fill out the necessary contact information to schedule your massage.
Once you have completed the booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the important details of your massage such as date, time, exact location*, and amount due upon arrival.
If you would like to schedule an In-Your-Home massage, please reach out directly.
*We are located at a private residence in New Holland, PA (just off of Main Street). The exact location is provided after your booking is complete.

Your massage should never hurt. If you choose deeper work, there may be moments of tenderness and soreness, but always speak up if you are in pain!

We work best directly on bare skin, the best way to be able to manipulate and feel muscles and tissue. That being said, you are always welcome to undress to your personal level of comfortability.

We offer a quiet massage so you can have the chance to relax! If you are more comfortable chatting during your experience, we enjoy that as well.

Believe it or not, we actually recommend naps! Sleeping allows you to enter a deeper state of relaxation and healing that allows your massage to have even greater benefits. Don’t worry – we will wake you up if needed!

Massage Therapy is a profession that can include tips. We do not expect tips, but if you love your experience and decide to tip, we accept!

A monthly maintenance massage is very beneficial. For clients with special considerations, we offer a suggested timeline based on your goals and needs.
