Booking your appointment:

Let’s talk about what to expect when booking your appointment!

Through our website, you will choose your desired massage type and length of time. If you aren’t sure which massage type to choose, reach out and we will be glad to help you find a good fit!
We’ll gather some general contact information and get you on the books. There is no financial requirement to book – payment will be due in person at your appointment. Cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal are accepted.

Because our building is a private residence in New Holland, we do not give the exact location of your appointment until after the booking has been received. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including the exact address.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, please reach out directly. Please note that 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you are currently a missionary or returning from 3+ months in the mission field, we would love to bless you with a 50% off discount! Contact us directly to discuss this offer.

Your massage:

So, you’ve booked your massage but you’re wondering – what will it be like? Let’s dive into what a typical appointment looks like!

Arrival:

Please arrive on time. Being rushed can make it difficult to relax! Once you’re in the room, we will do a medical history as well as figure out a treatment plan.

Your massage:

At this point, we will leave the room and provide privacy for you to de-robe. Many people ask: “how much clothing do I remove?” We work best on bare skin, but we encourage you to undress your comfort level. A sheet is provided for draping during the massage.
Your comfort is our priority. We offer a quiet massage to allow you to fully relax, but if you prefer to chat, we enjoy that as well. Your massage should never hurt. You may feel some tenderness, but if there is any discomfort or pain, please speak up and let us know so that we can adjust!

A few helpful preparation tips:

  • If you have long hair, a claw clip or hair tie is a great option to keep those locks out of the way!

  • Avoid eating directly before your massage to allow your body time to digest.

  • Hydrate! Drink plenty of water leading up to your massage. Being hydrated helps to flush out toxins released during your treatment.

  • Take a hot shower prior to your massage to loosen your muscles and help you begin to relax.

  • If you think you might be pregnant, PLEASE let me know!
